Riva Stream is player software only. It does not provide media, channels, playlists, credentials, or third-party subscriptions.

Authorised sources only

You may connect or play a media source only when you have the legal right to access and use it in this way. You are responsible for confirming that your use complies with applicable law and the source provider’s terms, geographic restrictions, and licence conditions.

Prohibited use

You must not use Riva Stream to infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights; access or redistribute unauthorised media; evade a paywall, geoblock, licence restriction, or technical protection; share credentials without permission; or interfere with the Service, its security, or other users.

Browser-format compatibility

Any compatibility or transcoding feature is solely to help a browser play a format from a source you are authorised to use. It is not a means to obtain, unlock, rebroadcast, or make unauthorised media available.

Fair use and resource limits

Premium accounts may use up to 60 hours of server-side stream conversion per UTC calendar month. We do not offer a free trial. You must not share an account, automate playback, run unnecessary or unattended streams, create multiple accounts to evade a limit, or otherwise attempt to monopolise or abuse conversion capacity.

Enforcement

We may remove access, suspend, or terminate an account for suspected misuse. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and may permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly or materially violate intellectual-property rights. We may cooperate with rights holders and lawful requests where appropriate.

Report a concern

Report suspected misuse or an intellectual-property concern to support@rivastream.com. See our Copyright & IP Complaint Policy for complaint requirements.
