Riva Stream is player software only. We take intellectual-property concerns seriously and prohibit use of the Service with unauthorised media sources.
How to submit a complaint
Email support@rivastream.com with: (1) your name and contact details; (2) identification of the protected work or right; (3) the specific URL, account, or material at issue; (4) a statement of your good-faith belief that use is unauthorised; (5) a statement that the information is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder; and (6) your electronic signature.
Review and action
We will review sufficiently detailed reports and may request more information. Where appropriate, we may restrict access, suspend or terminate an account, or take other action consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy.
Counter-notices
If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us with the relevant account or source information, an explanation of your authority to use the material, and your contact details. We will consider the information in accordance with applicable law.
